DEVEAU, Phyllis – Age 82 of Villa St. Joseph-Du-Lac, Dayton, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020 in the Villa, with her daughter by her side. Born in Doucetteville, she was a daughter of the late George and Lillian (Thibault) Sprague.
She is survived by son, Paul (Karen) McCauley; daughter, Darlene (Gary) Giles; sisters, Linda (Curtis) Tibbetts, Judy (Danny) Moulaison; grandchildren, Michael, Ryan.
Phyllis was predeceased by husbands, George McCauley and William Deveau; brothers, Arnold, Stan.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Meteghan Funeral Home. Public visitations will be held Tuesday, December 15, from 7-9pm. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic provincial restrictions, a private funeral mass will be held in Stella Maris Church, Meteghan, officiated by Rev. Hospice Akoffodji, assisted by Rev. Albeni d’Entremont. Burial will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Salmon River. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
