Peacefully, on Saturday, July 11, 2020, in his eighty-fourth year. Husband of the late Allegra Essebag. Beloved and devoted father and father-in-law of Julia and Armand Benguira, Jennifer Schwartz, Ben and Maya Schwartz, Robbie Schwartz and Pepi Paraskevopoulos. Cherished grandpa of David, Rebecca and Mitchell Sitzer, Avraham and Anael, Miriam, Aliza and Ezra; Josh, Ally and J.J.; Solomon and Joy. Proud great-grandfather of Gavriel and Tzofiah. Phillip will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. He always enjoyed the simple things in life, was a very kind, patient and care-free man. Phillip’s love for his children and grandchildren was endless, his family having meant everything to him. He will be deeply missed, and we will always remember his big smile, kindness and unconditional love.
