Philip Benjamin Conrad
August 6, 1992 – December 20, 2020
Philip “Philly” Conrad passed peacefully on Sunday evening, December 20th, 2020 at Health Science North in Sudbury, surrounded by loved ones the age of 28 years old.
Philip will be forever missed by his loving partner in life, Missy Mills and his stepchildren; Ethan, Liam and his little ‘peanut’, Sophia; father Kevin Conrad (Jill Bennett and children: Doug and Tom); his mother Erika Dabous (Terry Tammi); sisters Mindy (George Parkins), Gabrielle (Adrian Muzzatti); brothers Aaron (Jessica Conrad), Erik (Korine Knight) and twin brother Isaac (Nicole Voutier). Philip will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews; Katie Parkins, Preston Parkins, Aria Conrad, and Bennett Conrad. Philip leaves behind his beloved ‘fur baby’ Remi and too many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to count.
Philip was born on August 6th, 1992 in Sudbury, ON where he would take on the role of the most energetic soul in his large household. Philip showed resilience and fearlessness from a young age, whether it was enduring many visits over 12 years to SickKids hospital, playing hockey and lacrosse, leading outdoor adventures with his siblings, or with life’s hurdles. Philip grew to have a passion for fashion, starting his own clothing line, Private Apparel in addition to his business, FlipGold. Philip had a love for living life, whether it was going on road trips with Missy and the children, fishing and boating in Killarney, or simply spending time with his family and effortlessly taking the favourite uncle award. Philip had a strong appreciation for the people in his life and never failed to finish a conversation and leave a visit saying, “I love you.”
A private family funeral will be held at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.

Dear Erika. I am hoping that you still might remember me ..back in the day I baby sat you and your siblings..you were a ray of sunshine having a colourful personality…and to hear now of the loss of your dear son Philip…has to be so very difficult for you..Losing a child has to be the most devastating pain to ever go through ..as they truly are a gift ….I’m sure you were a great Mom and that Philip loved you very much in return. After reading his write up he certainly was an amazing young man,,, so no doubt he has left a huge hole in your heart…
