Peter Ashton died on August 13, 2020 at 63 years of age. He was the beloved partner of Jennifer. Pete was the proud and loving father of Daryl and Brooke. Proud Granddad of Dayton, Brayden, Leah, Helena and Bradley. Pete leaves behind to mourn him, his twin brother John (Brenda), as well, his sister Christine Larkin (Pete). Predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Madge Ashton. He is also survived by his family of birth; mother Gerry and siblings Debbie, Brenda, Christine, Joanne, Johnny, Bruce and Kathy. Pete will be missed by true friend Ken (“Ninny”). Pete will be missed by a large extended family; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
For the friends who know Pete, the generous, big hearted, animal loving, funny, gracious man that he was, he will always be remembered.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Windsor and Es County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
On Wednesday August 19, 2020 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend the visitation from 1 pm – 2 pm at Families First, South Windsor. You can reserve your seat for the funeral service at 2 pm at Families First.ca (RSVP) or by calling directly. If you are unable to attend the funeral service, please feel free to join us from your home with a livestream link provided on the Families First website
