Age 89, of Lower Sackville passed away August 8, 2020 at home. Born in Salmon Cove, Newfoundland he was a son of the late Martin and Elizabeth White. Norman was a welder by trade and worked throughout Canada. He sailed on the SS Kyle to and from Labrador and also worked at the United States Naval Station Argentia.
Surviving are his wife Heather (Dwyer); daughters Kathleen (Luis), Cambridge On, Tracey, Francis (Ross), Kingston, Kimberley
sons Keith (Paulette) Middle Sackville and Scott, Lower Sackville; sisters Lilian, Mildren (Desmond), BC and Dorothy Alberta
brother Clyde (Elspeth) Kingston, Ontario
Grandchildren Erica, Rodney (Jocelyn), Brandon, Courtney, Wayne, Britney, Samantha, Charlotte
Great-Grandchildren Caylee-Mae, Sophie, Gracie
Many nieces and nephews
Pre-deceased by brothers Cyril (Lorraine), Edward (Stella), Harold (Gertrude), Graham (Ada), Ursula; sister Ursula (Cal)
A private service will be held August 12, 2020 in T.K. Barnard Funeral Home, Lower Sackville.
Burial will be in Salmon River, Newfoundland at a later date
