Obituary of Neill Rainey
RAINEY: Neill William –
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Neill Rainey at the age of 43. A husband, father, son, brother and uncle, Neill was employed by Equipment Sales Service (among the Top 50 Canadian Best Managed Companies) as a technical heavy construction sales representative selling Kamatsu equipment for 8 years. During this time he received many awards, including Top Salesman of the Year. He was in the heavy equipment industry for 18 years.
Neill was a loving, generous, compassionate man who loved to dance, was a golfer, hockey player and Maple Leaf fan and always had a smile and a joke if anyone would listen. He will be sorely missed by his many friends, co-workers and clients and our local 243 branch. Neill leaves behind his wife Jen, children Reece, Rory and Drennan, his sister Michelle, late brother Kyle (2011) (Rachel), nephews Brennan (Michele), Blaine and Breck, great-nephew Ryker and Mum and Dad, Margaret and Jim.
Neill you have taken a bright light out of our lives. We will meet again.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm. Those planning to attend visitation are required to register online at ( signup.com/go/HexCMDY ) or by phoning the funeral home at 519-674-3141. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that all attendees wear a mask.
Donations made by cheque in memory of Neill to a fund for his children (cheques payable to Jennifer Rainey) would be appreciated.
