À Blainville, le 12 août 2020, à l’âge de 88 ans, est décédé M. Basil McDonald, époux de Mme Claudette Pothier.
Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Richard (Sandra Bilodeau), Diana (Benoit Loranger) et Sophie (Pierre Rivest), ses petits-enfants Julie, Jessica, feu Antoine, Camille, Marion, Francis et Félix, ses arrière-petits-enfants Jaedyn, Emma, Tess, Scarlette, Sebastian et Cassius, sa sœur Mary-Ann et son frère Nolan (Heidi Messing), ses neveux et nièces ainsi que de nombreux parents et amis.
En raison des circonstances, les rituels funéraires se dérouleront à une date ultérieure.
