Richard – The death
occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, April
28, 2020, of Matthew “Mattie” Richard Jr., of Summerside,
aged 93 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Matthew
Sr. and Julia (Arsenault) Richard. Survived by his brother-in-law Lou
(Anne) Inman; sister-in-law Janice Moase; and by his loving niece
Judith. Predeceased by his wife Shirley (Inman) Richard; daughter
Darlene; and by his 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Resting at the Moase
Funeral Home, Summerside. No visiting hours or funeral service by
personal request. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens,
Pleasant Valley. Memorial donations to the Prince County
Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
