Obituary of Mary Ann Bidder
1941 – 2020
It is with deep sorrow that the family of MaryAnn Bidder announces her passing on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in Kimberley, B.C., at 79 years of age.
MaryAnn was born on April 8, 1941 in Michel-Natal, B.C., and was well known in the Kootenays and also internationally recognized for her watercolour paintings.
Her friends and family know her as soft-spoken and caring with only kind words to share with others. MaryAnn had a large capacity for inspiring fellow artist in the community and sharing delicious food and stories with friends and family. Her smile, optimism, and unwavering positivity, even in rough times will never be forgotten.
MaryAnn is survived by her sons Bobby (Noreen), Kerry (Kate), and Kelly (Jani) and her six grandchildren whom she treasured and always spoke so proudly of. MaryAnn is also survived by her lovely sister Rena.
