1941 – 2020
Mary passed away peacefully with family by her side. She lived a fulfilling life as a devoted wife of Merlyn and loving mother to Marcie, Michelle, Melanie and families. She was a doting grandmother to 8 grandchildren, caring sister to Anne, August, Helen, John, sister-in-law to Dorothy, Marilyn, Leslie and aunt to many. She was predeceased by siblings Frances and Joe, brother-in-laws Art, Joe, Pius and mother-in-law Hilda. Mary was born and raised on the farm in Peesane, SK to Anna and Joseph Tucek (deceased). Mary’s gentle character complemented her years as a beloved teacher. She was devoted to her faith and was a talented cook who valued nature and gardening, loved dancing and spending time with her grandchildren. Thank you to the staff at Stonebridge Crossing for Mary’s excellent care.
