Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Marion Mary Evoy, age 88 years, resident of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, originally from Harricott, St. Mary’s Bay. Predeceased by parents Matthew and Catherine Evoy, sisters Margaret (Tucker), Hilda (Hynes), and Josephine, and brother Michael. Left with fond and loving memories are her many nieces, nephews, and their families. Thanks to her many friends and staff at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home for their exceptional love and care throughout her 20 year stay. She loved it there. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Friday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, November 7th, 2020 at 10 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one’s choice.
She followed virtue as her truest guide, lived as a Christian, as a Christian died.
