Marilyn Caroline Baines (Swartz) born in Vernon BC December 25th 1950 passed away December 14th 2020 in Ladysmith BC at the age 69. She will be greatly missed for her huge heart , positive attitude and spreading her kindness and love to others. Marilyn lived a fulfilling life as a loving mother of three children, Phillip Baines, Christine Baines and Tammy Baines. A caring sister to five siblings Allan Swartz, Darlene Harlow, Judy Surraka, Vera Kelly and Janet Swartz. Daughter to late David Swartz and Patricia Crandon. An amazing wife to her late husband Lavern (Corky) Baines and a friend to many. Her grand children were her pride and joy, Tunisha, Dylan, Cole, Justine, Jessica, Jacqueline, Jacob, Kayla Tristan and great grandchildren You will be in our hearts always and forever. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and the love you have given us. you will be greatly missed till we meet again. Love your children Phillip, Christine and Tammy <3

It is so very sad to see Marilyn has left us. That said, she has gained her wings. I hope she flies easy now, like the birds she always admired. She was such a spiritual person, I am sure we will all get messages from her; I can almost hear her chuckle as she plans them. Missed yes, but never forgotten. Rest well Marilyn!
