Passed away at Deer Park Villa, Grimsby, on Monday, March 23. 2020 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert (Herb) Glover (2003). Loving mother of the late Judy (1974) and her husband Stan of St. Catharines and Robert Glover and his wife Melissa of Burlington. Cherished and proud grandmother of Benjamin, Holly and Sasha. Born in Rouyn-Noranda, eldest of twelve siblings, Jeanne is predeceased by her parents William and Marie (Trudell) Racine of Quebec. Beloved aunt to many. The family wishes to sincerely thank all the staff at Deer Park Villa for their exceptional care and compassion. A burial service and celebration of life will follow later in the year and will be announced.

  1. Obviously Jean was a very important person in my life in many ways! Besides marrying her daughter Judy, she introduced me to a French Canadian culture and family like I had never experienced before. I even learned french.
    Even after Judy’s tragic death in 1974, I was still considered family!
    Both Jean and Herb were always wonderful to my wife Shirley and also saw our son Corey as another one of her Grandchildren for which we were all grateful!
    We will miss her greatly, but now hope she is reunited with all of her family that preceded her!

    Ta bonne humeur et tes rires étaient contagieux!
    Que de bons souvenirs lorsque nous étions enfants Judy et moi, elle venait passer un mois chez-nous pour aporendre le français et moi, un mois chez-vous pour apprendre l’anglais durant les vacances.
    Tu nous préparais toujours de bons repas. Tu étais une très
    bonne cuisinière !! J’ai beaucoup de tes délicieuses recettes.

Jeanne,it hurts to know You left Us to join Herb and Judy and the rest of the Family but We know You are not alone and We will be with You in Our prayers, I remember so many good souvenirs from my early years with You to the end of of Yours ❤️LOVE YOU.
