Memorial Donation
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Marie (Eileen) Morgan of Whiteside on November 24th.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Edward (Austin) Morgan; daughter, Karen Morgan; son, Keith (Martina); and two loving grandchildren, Allison and Leland MacAskill. She is also survived by her two brothers, Blair and Gary (Kelly) Samson; sister-in-law, Eda Samson and many nieces and nephews.
Eileen was predeceased by her parents, Melvin and Eva Samson and step-mother, Cecilia Samson. She was also predeceased by her brother, Anthony (Tony) and his wife, Bernadette Samson; as well as nephew and godchild, Glen Samson.
Visitation will take place at Green’s Funeral Home, 507 Bernard St., Port Hawkesbury on Thursday November 26th from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm. An invitation only Funeral Mass will take place on November 27th at 11:00am at St. Francis De Sales Parish, Cleveland; Father Duncan MacIsaac officiating. Burial will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Whiteside. Covid-19 Protocols will be respected. Memorial Donations may be made to St. Patrick’s Cemetery Land in Whiteside.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Green’s Funeral Home, 507 Bernard St., Port Hawkesbury.
