MONTEIRO, Maria Helena Vicente – Passed away suddenly at St.
Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the
age of 89. Loving wife of the late Evaristo Aguiar (1990). Dear mother
to José Evaristo Aguiar (Almerinda), Gilda Slade (Don) and
predeceased by 5 children. Predeceased by her parents Fransico
Vicente and Laurentina Monteiro, and late brothers José (late
Maria) and João (Maria José). Cherished grandmother of
Susana (Adolfo), Steve (Tammy), Melissa (Mark), Omar, Donny, Shelly
(Jamie), Simon, and Amanda (Daniel). Great grandmother to Sydney,
Nicolas, Whitney, Preston, Anika, Deon, Owen, Noela, Sarah, Adessa,
Julian and Samantha. Maria Helena will be sadly missed by a niece and
many nephews, extended family and friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral
Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where family and friends will be
received on Tuesday January 21, 2020 from 6-9p.m. Mass of Christian
Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church,
Elgin St., S., Cambridge, on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at 1p.m.
Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. As an expression of
sympathy, offering masses for Maria Helena or donations to a charity
of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
