MacDougall Settlement – Hyacinthe Manuel, 77, passed away on October 7th, 2020 and his wife, Claudette Manuel, 74, passed away on November 28th, 2020.
Born in MacDougall Settlement, NB, he was the son of the late Hyacinthe and the late Elise (née: McGraw) Manuel and she was born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Saul and the late Sarah (née: Richard) Manuel.
Hyacinthe and Claudette will be sadly missed by their son, Guy (Nicole) of MacDougall Settlement; Hyacinthe was the last surviving member of his immediate family; Claudette is survived by her siblings: Roberta (Omer) Maillet, Roberte (Gérald) Gagnon, Gisèle (Gérald) Girouard, Lucie (Paul) Gallant, Guy (Bernard), Yvonnisse (Mathieu) Dallaire, Bernice Cormier (Philippe LeBlanc), Patricia Leger (Bernard Roy) and Léola LeBlanc (Gary Carroll), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Hyacinthe was predeceased by his sisters: Hectorine and Jeannette and also by his brother, Yvon; Claudette was predeceased by her sister, Rose-Marie.
In respect of the family’s wishes, no visitation or funeral service will be held.
