Joseph S. Marcello, 92 of Batavia, passed away peacefully Friday, November 20, 2020 at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Batavia. He was born January 9, 1928 in Batavia, to the late Genaro (Frances Moretti) Marcello. He is preceded in death by his beloved son Nicholas Marcello who passed away in 2016, brothers Alex and Frank Marcello.
Mr. Marcello worked many years at GTE Sylvania, RE Chapin and Batavia Downs Harness Racing until retiring in 2000. He was a WWII and Korean War Veteran, he …
