We are sad to announce that Joseph (Joe) Head passed away peacefully, at home, on December 9th 2019 at the age of 86. Joe was born in Fort Albany River on February 23rd 1933. He leaves behind his wife, Theresa, of 52 years. This day marks their 52 wedding anniversary. He was a loving and caring father the his 6 children: Dorothy Shawanamash, Herb Shawanamash, Tracey Head-Evans, Germaine Head, Theodore Head and Brian Head. He will be deeply missed by his 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. There will be visitation held on Friday, December 13th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Fawcett Funeral Home. The burial will take place on Thursday, December 19th at 11:00am at Pinegrove Cemetery.
