Obituary for
Jennie Babie
It is with deep sorrow and sadness that our family announces the passing of Jennie, our mother, at the age of 92 years.
Jennie will be truly missed by her children, Sharon (Avery), Marie Anne (Kendall), and Tim; granddaughter, Romanda (Peter); great-grandchildren, Vincenza and Giovanni; sisters, Elsie (Ray) and Mabel; and also many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by her husband, William; daughter, Wendy; parents, Prokop and Mary; brother, David (Josie); sisters, Dora and Myrtle; brothers-in-law, Nick and Joe; and nephews, Bob and Pat.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Peters and the staff at the Dr. Gerald Zetter Care Centre for their kindness, support, and care for Jennie.
Funeral Service Thursday, August 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Reverend Jim Corrigan officiating with interment in Our Lady of Atonement Cemetery, Smoky Lake, at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to view the Funeral Service via live-stream, may do so at www.parkmemorial.com.
