It is with great sadness that the family of Janet Lee Adams announces her passing at the age of 59 years on Monday, December 28th, 2020.
She was predeceased by her mother, Czeslawa Smolak; father, Jan Smolak; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Adams; father-in-law, Alfred Adams. Janet will lovingly be remembered by her husband, Rob; children, Krista (Andrew) Stewart and Mitchell (Shayna) Adams; grandchildren: Brixtyn, Aviara, Sage and Linnea. Janet will also be fondly remembered by her brother, Rick (Darlene) Smolak; sister, Christine (Phil) Sandham; twin sister, Joanne (Colin) Barnes; brothers-in-law: Eric Edwards, Bill (Jane) Adams, and Ron Adams; sister-in-law, Beth Adams; as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Janet was the heart of our family. There was nothing she enjoyed more than spending time with her family, especially her precious granddaughters who meant the world to her.
The family of Janet would like to sincerely thank the palliative care team in Moose Jaw for their exceptional medical attention and support. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Cathy, Kim and Pat. We will be forever grateful for their care.
A Private Graveside Service to celebrate Janet’s life will be held in May 2021 at Rosedale Cemetery in Moose Jaw, SK. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Janet’s name may be made to The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7.
