Jane Linda (Ashe) MacDougald
1945-2020
Jane Linda (Ashe) MacDougald, age 75, passed away on December
24, 2020 at Carleton Manor, Woodstock, New Brunswick. Jane
was the loving mother of Andrew MacDougald (Michelle), Woodstock, NB
and Rachael MacDougald, Fredericton, NB. Jane was the
grandmother of Brandon (Jenny) and Joshua (Gina), Jessica (Braden) and
Mikayla (Austin). Jane was blessed with one great
granddaughter, Madeline Rose. Jane is also survived by one
brother, Charles Ashe (Arlene), Moncton, NB, a niece Sherry Porter,
and two nephews, Grant and Greg Ashe.
Jane was predeceased by her parents, Dorothy Kinney and
George Ashe, her stepfather, Phillip Kinney, her sister, Phyllis Hale,
her niece, Lisa Jane Porter and her great niece, Ashley
Porter.
Jane is resting at The Carleton Funeral Home
& Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road
Jacksonville, NB. There will be no visitation at the funeral
home. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home
Chapel on Monday, December 28th, 2020 at 1pm with Rev. Shirley
Noseworthy officiating. Interment will take place at a later
date at Christ Church Cemetery, Lower Woodstock,
NB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carleton
Manor.
Andy and Rachael would like to thank the Carleton Manor and
the staff of Goodine Lane for their care of mom over the past three
years and Sally McCarthy, Jane’s best friend for love and
support she has given mom over the years.
Due to COVID 19 social distancing and mask are
required and there is limited seating.
