James W. Kenney
1949-2020
James W. Kenney, husband of Dianne M. Kenney, passed away at
the Charlotte County Hospital, St Stephen, NB on Sunday, December 13,
2020.
Born in Woodstock, NB., son of the late Willis and Florence
Kenney.
Jim is survived by his wife, son, James (Melissa) of St
Stephen, NB., daughter, Christa Staples (Clifton) of Belfast, Maine,
four grandchildren: Erica and Wyatt Staples, Karagan and Kaydence
Kenney.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister,
Janice and two brothers, Roger and Gary.
A funeral service will be held at St Stephen’s
Roman Catholic Church, Milltown Blvd, St Stephen, NB on Friday,
December 18, 2020 at 11:30 AM. The family will receive friends at The
S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St
Stephen, NB. on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8
PM.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, please keep in
mind there will be limited seating of 50 people at the church. We also
remind you that masks are mandatory and social distancing is strongly
encouraged for the visitation at the funeral home and the service at
the church.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Jim may be made to
the Charlotte County Cancer Society, Charlotte County SPCA or a
charity of one’s choice.
