James ‘Jimmy’ Chiasson

Age 91, Foyer Père Fiset Guest Home, Cheticamp, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17, 2020 at Sacred Heart Community Health Centre, Cheticamp. Jimmy was the son of the late Daniel and the late Anita (LeBlanc) Chiasson.
He lived in Toronto most of his life, and returned to Cheticamp to retire. Jimmy enjoyed working on his property.
He is survived by nieces, Geoffrine (Daryl), Joan (Gord), and Lucie (Marc); nephews, Daniel (Diana), Cyril (Monique), and Albert (Lynnette); sister-in-law, Jeanette.He was predeceased by brothers, Placide, Joseph, and Patsy; sisters, Sister Lucie and Mathilde; and sister-in-law, Margaret.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2020, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Cheticamp, with Deacon Gérald LeBlanc officiating.
