Ilda Arlene Cooke
1928-2020
Mrs. Ilda Arlene Cooke, 91, of Grand Manan, NB, passed away
peacefully on Wednesday, November, 4, 2020 at the Grand Manan Nursing
Home. Ilda was the only daughter of the late Samuel and
Estella (Sinclair) Guptill. She is predeceased by her husband,
Kingston Cooke.
Ilda is survived sons Richard (Carolyn) Cook of Grand
Harbour, and Norman Cook of Fort Myers, Florida; five grandchildren,
Stacey (Sherman) Ross, Trent (Tralauna) Cook, Sandy (Anita) Cook,
Rikki Cook, Lyndsey Desantes; and nine great
grandchildren.
Ilda’s family would like to thank the nurses and
staff of the Grand Manan Nursing Home for their excellent care and
love they have shown over the years.
There will a private family interment at a later date. A
donation in Ilda’s memory can be made to the Grand Manan
Nursing Home Foundation, or to the charity of the donor’s
choice. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Ells Funeral Home
