passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital
on Monday March 2nd, 2020
in his 90th year
Proud father of Gregory (Maria), Stephen (Nancy), Cheryl (Jamie) and Heather (Neil).
Loving Gramps to Angela, Laura, Christina, Anna, Rachael, Cameron, Christopher, Matthew and Meghan. Great-Grandpa to eight great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by wives Shirley (1974) and Denise (2004).
Survived by brother Gene and predeceased by brother Jim, and sister Hilda.
George retired in Wellington after a 40 year career with Nortel.
He was an active member of the Belleville Nortel Pioneers and a
longtime parishioner of St. Andrew’s Anglican Church.
A Memorial Service to be held at the
St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Wellington
on Saturday, March 14th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
with visitation 1 hour prior at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Primate’s World Relief & Development Fund (www.pwrdf.org) would be appreciated by the family.
