THORNDYKE, Helga – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helga at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020. Helga of Port Hope was at the age of 74. Lovingly remembered by her children Robyn Mayer, and Barb Vine (Chris). Proud OMI to Alexander, Nicole, Samantha, Jason, Matthew, Lindsay, and great-grandchildren Cameron, Hannah, Irelynn, Joy, Maya, Logan, and Chloe. Also dear cousin of Christine, Denise, Shannon, Anke, and Bernd, and great aunt to Jennette, Nicole, Michael, CC, GG, Nilo, and Nyle. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre, Cobourg would be appreciated by the family. Due to the current restrictions in place, a Celebration of Helga’s Life will be held at a later date.
