Heather’s Obituary
Hunt, Heather Charmaine Carruthers – New Annan, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Saviour on April 10, 2020. She was born to Alvin and Marjorie Elliott on April 21, 1962, in Pugwash. Heather possessed a kind, loving selfless spirit which was immediately recognized by those who came in contact with her. She had a smile that would light up her face and brighten her eyes. She acquired a unique care for others that made them feel special in their own little ways. She knew how to give the best hugs, which often led to humorous hugging lessons. Her determination and work ethic allowed her to overcome many challenges that she encountered along her journey. Heather is survived by her husband, Brian Hunt, who will deeply miss his beloved. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten by her parents, Alvin and Marjorie Elliott; sister, Janice (John) Wells; children, Scott (Krisha) Carruthers, Maria (Rob) Pottie and Ashley Carruthers; grandchildren, Alvyn, Zoey and London; nieces and nephews; her dearest friend Phyllis Lepper. Heather was predeceased by her sister, Cheryl Froebe. Brian is being supported by his children, Joey (Jennifer) Hunt, Andy (Mel) Hunt, Amy (David) Donaldson and Zack Hunt. Heather will be missed by them, who very much appreciated the love and care that she had for their father Brian. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mundle’s Funeral Home, 204 Water St., Pugwash.
