Gilbert Mathias Martz
(February 21, 1930 – January 28, 2020)
Gilbert Mathias Martz of Camrose, Alberta, formerly of Heisler, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the age of 89 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Alma; daughter-in-law Lori Martz of Heisler; children Ron (Wanda) of Stony Plain, Deb (Ken) Holt of Lloydminster, Lana (Norm) Flore of Lyalta, Ab, Connie Martz of Camrose, and Gail (Mike) Kipta of Lyalta, Ab; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; siblings Theresa Kuefler of Sherwood Park, Angela Hihn of Camrose, and Florence Sommer of Camrose; and sisters-in-law Helen Martz of Camrose and Lorraine Martz of Camrose.
Gilbert was predeceased by his son Brian; parents Joseph and Hanna; sister Rita Blumhagen; brothers Leander, Ralph, Melvin, and Norman; brother-in-law Irvin Blumhagen; and sister-in-law Maryanna.
Funeral Service details will be announced.
