Obituary of Gerry Armstrong
On Saturday, March 21st, Geraldine “Gerry” Armstrong passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Armstrong (1985) and cherished mother of Louise Armstrong of Owen Sound.
Sister of Laverne Barfoot, Marion Colborne (Don) of London and Evelyn Berg (Robert) of Kitchener, sisters-in-law Carol Barfoot and Anna Barfoot of Georgian Bluffs, brother-in-law David Armstrong (Gayle) of Owen Sound and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Margaret (nee Hindman) and Emerson Barfoot, brothers Irwin, Verle and Larry Barfoot, sisters Magdalene Trafford (Harry),Effie Barfoot, Margareat Martin (Bill) and sister-in-law Dorothy Barfoot.
Arrangements entrusted to BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492. Due to Covid-19, a celebration of life and interment at Annan Cemetery, Annan, will be held at a later date.
