Lindsay, Gerald Max “Babe”
After a short battle with cancer, at the Juravinski Hospital on Friday, April 3, 2020, in his 57th year. Babe was the beloved husband of Keitha (nee Schaeffer) of Nanticoke. Loving and devoted father of Alex and Zohie. Brother and brother-in-law of Karen Novinka, Anne Lindsay, Barb and Rick Bissonette and Glen and Lisa Lindsay. Also survived by his nieces and nephews Jason Lindsay (Hunter and Priscilla), Kristy and Scott Evans (Aiden, Autumn and Savannah), Becky and Craig Brock (Erica and Owen), Jody and Rob Ogilvie (Sarah and Keagan), Jarrod and Kelly Bissonette (Kylie and Mason), Cooper, Sienna and McRae Lindsay. Predeceased by his parents John and Verna Lindsay and his brothers Bill, Marshall and Gary Lindsay. Babe loved to fish and golf, but he was happiest watching or coaching his daughters in their sports. At Babe’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of Babe’s life with family and friends at a later date. Details of this celebration will posted on the Cooper Funeral Home website when available. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Friends are invited to send condolences and sign the Book of Memories at www.cooperfuneralhome.ca
