GAUDET, Gaston – Peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday October 22nd, 2020. Gaston Armand Gaudet of Cornwall, at the age of 96 years. Married for 74 years to Gisele (Charlebois) and they were blessed with ten children. Muriel Gagne (late Tom) Jeanne Day (Gerry) Chilliwack B.C., Yvon (Carol), Susanne Tarle Mulligan (Dick), Charlie (Linda), Marc (St. Joseph’s Villa), Carmen Barr (Mike) Jean (Gail), Gilles (Shannon), Daniel (Kim), 24 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Rose and Daniel Gaudet and his brothers Harold, Leo, Bob and sisters Esther, Rita, Claire, Jean and Frances and their oldest grandson Richard Gagne. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church on Friday October 30th, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Due to the COVID – 19 controlled seating will be held at the Church, visitor’s and family entering the Church are required to wear a face mask or cloth face covering. Seating is limited at the church. For those who wish to view the Funeral Mass it will be live streamed begining at11:00AM by linking on Face Book (sue.tarle@gmail.com). As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Villa (RHSJ Health Centre Fund) would be appreciated by the family.
