G. Isobel Meehan
1934-2020
Meehan, G. Isobel, 85, Truro, passed away Wednesday,
September 2, 2020 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.
Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Carman and Ethel
(Shepard) Hayden.
She is survived by a daughter Brenda Esau (Gary Best),
Brookside; grandchildren, Nevin, Leanne, Amy; brothers, Wade Hayden,
Halifax, Eric Hayden (Joan), Mount Uniacke; sisters-in-law, Betty
Hayden, Prospect, Shirley Hayden, Halifax.
Besides her parents, Isobel was predeceased by her husband
Raymond “Ray” Meehan; son, Randy; daughter-in-law,
Carol (Colburn) Meehan; brothers, David Hayden, Stanley Hayden, James
Hayden; sister-in-law, Mae Hayden.
No visitation or funeral service by Isobel’s
request. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mattatall~Varner
Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. Donations in memory may be made
