1930-2020
Resendes, Emilia Barros – Passed away peacefully at
the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday December 18, 2020 at the age
of 90. Predeceased by her beloved husband Manuel.
Cherished mother of Luis (Filomena), Angelo, Leonilde (Claiton), Manny
(Maria) and Margarida. She will also be sadly missed by her
grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beloved sister of
Connie, Mary Jose, Angelo and Luis. Emilia will also be
forever remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and
friends. Predeceased by her parents Maria and Manuel Luis,
daughter-in-law Madalena, as well her four brothers and two
sisters. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street,
Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Tuesday December
22, 2020 from 7-9p.m. A private family Funeral Mass will be
held, with interment following at Mount View Cemetery. Provincial
Guidelines are in place for social distancing and masks are mandatory
for each person in attendance. To reserve your 15 minutes to
