CALLANDER, Elizabeth (Betty) Jane (nee Gashches)
Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17, 2020 in her 77th year at
St. Luke’s Place ( LTC) Home, Cambridge, Ontario. Predeceased
by her loving husband Douglas (2000). Betty is survived by her sons
Stephen (Heather), David (Kevin) and sister June (Dave). She is
survived by grandchildren Gabrielle and Olivia, whom she loved very
much and was so very proud of them both. Also survived by several
nephews as well. Betty was a dedicated nurse for over 40 years and
always kept in contact with her Nursing Class that she deeply
cherished. Although she will be missed, we are grateful for all the
time we had with her. We will honour and cherish her memories always.
Cremation has taken place as per Betty’s wishes. There will
be a Celebration of her Life; to be announced and held at a later
date. In these difficult times, please from a distance, send a card,
