Élévanie Arsenault
1922-2020
Élévanie Arsenault, 98, of Moncton and formerly of
Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont,
Moncton on Wednesday September 23, 2020. She was married to the late
Gerard Arsenault (2008). Born in Saint-Antoine, she was the daughter
of the late Félix and the late Marie-Louise (Robichaud)
Cormier.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Thérèse Doucette
(Peter) of Moncton, two grandsons; Jacques and Azor, two great
grandchildren; Kyle and Syerra as well as two great great
grandchildren; Aaliah and André. She also leaves to mourn her
five sisters; Thérèse Cormier, Anise Maillet both of
Saint-Antoine, Fédélice Thibodeau (Eymard) of Dieppe, Maria
Maillet (Aris) of Saint-Norbert, one brother; Laurie of Bouctouche and
several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by four sisters; Dorice, Claire, Léona and
Lina as well as three brothers; Nazaire, Aurèle and Emile.
Due to the pandemic, private visitations were held at Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche on Friday September 25, 2020. A private funeral Mass
was held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church,
Saint-Antoine on Saturday September 26, 2020 with interment in the
parish Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
