Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice on Thursday, November 26, 2020, at the age of 85 years. Beloved mother of Stephen (Laura) Walls. Proud grandmother of Brayden (Lyne), Chayse Walls and great-grandmother of 3 month old Lennon. Eleanor is predeceased by her parents George & Rudy Walls. Visitation will be held at Martyn & Sloan “Mattawa Chapel” on Sunday, November 29th, 2020 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. To reserve a time for Visitation and funeral service, please call the Martyn Funeral Home at 705-472-8810. Due to the current pandemic restrictions, those in attendance at the visitation & funeral service must wear a Mask and respect Social Distancing Guidelines. A funeral service will be held at the Martyn & Sloan “Mattawa Chapel” on Monday, November 30th, 2020, at 1:00pm. If desired donations to the charity of your choice or Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. The family would like to thank the staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre and Nipissing Serenity Hospice for the wonderful care you provided for Eleanor in her time of need.
