Obituary of Edgar “Ed Brown” Durocher
Edgar Phillip “Ed Brown” Durocher passed away at the Misericordia Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the age of 56 years. He was born on February 3, 1964 to Phillip and Edna Durocher.
Edgar is survived by: his soul mate and loving wife of 20 years, Sharon; children, Gerald Cameron Jr, Devon (Naomi) Cameron of Cold Lake, AB, Trevor (JoAnna) Cameron Cold Lake, AB, Kenneth George Gamble of Pierceland, SK, Summer Dawn (Chach) Paul of Frog Lake, AB, Tristan Lee McAdam of Edmonton AB, Christian (aka Chickie) McAdam of Fishing Lake, AB and Sienna Gamble-McAdam of Fishing Lake, AB; Papa’s Boy, Brandon Favel of Fishing Lake, AB; siblings, Marcel (Betty) Durocher, Ronnie Durocher, Tom (Kelly) Durocher, Frank (Dorthy) Durocher, Marshall Stanley, Marie (Lorne) Dustow, Shirley (Robert) Coady, Grace Desjarlais, Ricky (Cecile) Marty, Melvin (Barb) Abraham; sister-in-law, Hannah Durocher; all his precious grandchildren; special friends, Roy & Wanda Young and Family and Ugeugene (Joan) Jensen; numerous adopted sons, daughters, nieces and nephews; Aunts and Uncles; Herman (Margaret) Daniels, Charlie Daniels, Barb (Dennis) Daniels Dorthy Moyah, Marlene Durocher, Rita Daniels, Mary Fryingpan, Margie Durocher, Shirley Cardinal.
Edgar was predeceased by: two grandsons, Blazen Lee Adam Cameron and Willie Stargell Cameron; his parents, Edna and Phillip Durocher; stepdad, Charlie Morin;
Sister, Barbara Durocher; brothers, Ross and Raymond Durocher; his in-laws, Francis and Alice Gamble; two nephews: Aaron and Dallas Nistows, Arthur,Brian, Lionel Gamble; numerous uncles, Aunts and cousins.
The viewing for Edgar will be held at McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, AB on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon, at 10 minute intervals. The Funeral Service for Edgar will be conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the service will be by invitation only. The service will be aired on 103.5 FM within 1 KM of the funeral home.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions the funeral service for Edgar is by invitation only.
Donations in memory of Edgar may by directed to the ICU at Misericordia Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta.
