With profound
sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Dylan Anthony Stairs, in
Fredericton, NB on November 27th, 2020 at the age of 21 years. He was
the cherished son of Elisha Stairs, (Michael) Gregg Peterson and his
stepfather Tim Seeley.
Predeceased by his
grandmothers Linda Sherwood and Doris Kervin of Fredericton, still
living grandfathers Martin Stairs of Estey’s Bridge and
Leslie Arbeau of Windsor,
Ont.
Dylan will be
greatly missed and forever loved by his three beautiful sisters;
Hayley, Katelyn and Rylie, who meant the entire world to their big
brother “Diddie”. He was always a helping hand and deeply
enjoyed participating in the upbringing of his sisters who he spoke so
fondly of and treasured so
much.
Dylan worked in the
construction industry for the past year in Fredericton, most recently
finding a surprised passion in the roofing industry, where he will be
missed by his crew and
co-workers.
He made many close
and lasting friendships between Fredericton and Yarmouth; his happy go
lucky personality will be greatly missed across Provinces. The boys
would spend their free time in the woods where they invited Dylan on
his first hunting and trapping expeditions; a big change for a boy
from the city.
Dylan enjoyed
spending time building forts, long-boarding around the town, listening
to music and playing video games with all the boys. He would go out of
his way to make newcomers feel included and created bonds with so
many; mention would like to be made of his special friends Caleb,
Darien, Zack and Noah.
Dylan much like his
father was known to be the first person to lend a hand when anyone
needed it; he was very compassionate even as a young boy and teenager,
he would stop to help the elderly or a person in need or make sure
people were included; just one of the many reasons he was so very
special.
Left to mourn also
are many much loved aunts, uncles, cousins and multitude of admiring
friends who will miss him
greatly.
Bishops Funeral,
540 Woodstock Rd Fredericton are looking after the arrangements. No
service will be held at this time, the family is planning a
Celebration of Life at a later date when everyone can be together.
