It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Dwayne Bagan at 52 years of age.
The family will have a Celebration of Life drop in at the Fort St. John Royal Canadian Legion between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 21, 2020. Please feel free to drop in. Covid -19 practices and regulations will be in place.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Dwayne to the Fort St John Mental Health and Addictions Services.
