Lewis, Duane “Louie”
Peacefully, at Kingston Health Sciences, on Saturday, December 5, 2020, after a brief illness. Duane Douglas Lewis of Napanee at age 58. Beloved husband of Donna Lewis (Carroll) and dear father of Joanna Farnell (Geoff) and Dean Lewis (Hillary) of Napanee. Grampie of Amelia, Audrey and Ainsley Farnell. Brother of Stephen Lewis (Denise). Predeceased by his parents Robert and Nancy and by his brother William. Son-in-law of Margaret Carroll (late Howard) and brother-in-law of Janice Head (Jim), Rhonda Carroll-McDonald (Kevin), Dianne Obress (John) and Julie Windover (Brian). Also survived by several nieces and nephews and god-father to Erin Windover. A Private Family Funeral will be held at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee (613-354-3341) on Thursday, December 10 at 11 a.m. and will be live streamed on our website by clicking the link below the obituary for the live service or any time thereafter. Memorial donations (by cheque or credit card please) made to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
