Dr. Robert Perlman
It is with profound sadness that the family of Dr. Robert Perlman announces his sudden passing on Monday, October 12, 2020. He leaves behind the love of his life Annette, their two beloved sons and their spouses, David and Shana, and Ben and Jessica; his six grandchildren Jayden, Ethan, Alexander, Jacob, Victoria and Mila who filled him with pure joy, happiness and a sense of being. Brother and brother-in-law of Ellen and Norman Rishikof, and Charles and Carolee Perlman. Son of the late Fred and the late Marilyn Perlman. His love for his family was immense. A doctor by profession but an entrepreneur at heart, his passion and dedication for taking care of others spanned over 4 decades and transcended all ages, cultures and backgrounds. His interests were plentiful; an avid skier, scuba diver and passionate about the sport of hockey, both as a player and an exuberant fan of the Habs. He loved to travel, particularly to Italy, to take in as many museums, cultural attractions and antipastos as life permitted. His infectious smile and many quirky habits brought us laughter and levity and his kindness touched everybody. He was a colourful personality, an easy person to love and a proud and dedicated father, husband, and friend. The void he leaves behind is tremendous and we will all miss him greatly. A strictly private graveside service will take place. In lieu of flowers and in recognition of him being a staff member there for over 40 years, donations in Dr. Robert Perlman’s memory may be made to the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Dr Robert Perlman 2020..
