Doreen’s Obituary
Atwood, Doreen Marion-78, Roseway, passed away peacefully in Roseway Hospital on August 22, 2020 with family by her side. Born in Gunning Cove she was a daughter of the late Roy and Millicent(Smith) Goulden. Doreen was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was an avid volunteer and contributed many crafts to various organizations such as her beautiful quilts, knitting and baking. She was a lover of birds, flowers , church, family and friends. She enjoyed music, dancing and enjoying life. Our hearts are broken and she will be deeply missed by all but we know she is now one of God’s beautiful angels. She is survived by son Troy( Sheila); daughters, Kim (Randy); Sher( Bill);Trudi ( Tony); sister, Lorraine (Michael); grandchildren, Jasmine, Ocea, Eme, Shayla, Josh, Zac, Michael, Paul, Ryan and Heidi; great-grandchildren, Angel, William, Austin, Cohen, Jaylah, Kyson, Hudson, Joelle, Axle, Lawson, Alanna, Parker and Hunter. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
