HAGGART, Doreen Lucille
Unexpectedly, at North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Monday, October 19, 2020. She was 60 years old. Doreen was the beloved wife of Brian Bain and much-loved mother of Carrie Bain, both of Port Loring. She is survived by her siblings Roger, Marie, Jack, Earl and Jim and was predeceased by her siblings Archie, Dan, Eileen and by only 12 hours – her brother Milton. Doreen will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws, all of whom she loved dearly. The Bain family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 2:00 pm until time of funeral service at 3:00 pm. Cremation will follow. COVID-19 restrictions are in effect. Masks are required and two metres physical distancing must be maintained. Attendance at the funeral service is limited to 50 people. Brian and Carrie would like to acknowledge the exceptional help and care Doreen received from her visiting nurses with the VON and a special thanks to Rolanne Simms.
