Dora Dorothy Deveau
February 17, 1942 – June 19, 2020
DEVEAU, Dora D. – Age 78, formerly of Church Point, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 19, 2020 in Nakile Home For Special Care with family by her side. Born in Grosses Coques, she was a daughter of the late Désiré and Catherine (LeBlanc) Thibault. She is survived by her loving husband, Frederick “Fred”, Church Point; daughters, Sharon (John) Robichaud, Rycroft, Alberta; Janet (Alan) Jeddry, St. Alphonse; Gina Deveau (Louis Pothier), St. Benoni; sisters, Edesse (the late Charles) Doucet, Church Point; Adelice (the late Gustave) Comeau, Meteghan River; Josephine (Hubert) Gaudet, Grosses Coques; Angèle Thibault, Yarmouth; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by grandson, Jordan Jeddry; brother, Resther. Due to the continuing provincial restrictions set in place for the Covid-19 Pandemic, private visitations will be held in Meteghan Funeral Home with a private graveside service to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Church Point. Donations in Dora’s memory may be made to Jacky Comeau & Friends Cancer Help Fund Association or to Nakile Home For Special Care.
