Obituary of Donald Paul Symynshen
Passed away suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the age of 67. He is now reunited with his father, the late Paul Symynshen. Don leaves behind his beautiful and loving mother Valerie, his baby sister, which he treasured, Judy Symynshen, his brother-in-law and friend Michael Farrell and extended family in Southern Ontario and Winnipeg. Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Don’s life at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum in the Fall of 2020. Memorial donations to the SAH Critical Care Fund would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Hey Jude, and Michael – and Valerie – I just saw this notice now and extend my sympathy – you must really be missing Don – He had a full life with his travels but so young to go so suddenly. I miss you all and you are in my prayers. I will put a message on your dad’s page. I really hope to come to the Sault as soon as the covid is lifted. You all stay safe. Love, Barbie
