Husband of much loved Edythe (Toth) and dear father of Laurie (Robert) Sodtke and Larry (Shelly) Knoll. He was a loving grandfather to Shawn (Kristin) Sodtke, Emma and Paige Knoll. A special great-grandfather to Lillian Sodtke. He leaves behind two dear sisters Gertrude Hallborg and Agnes (Fred) Warner, bother-in-law Roy House, sisters-in-law Betty Douglas, Evelyn Knoll and Frances Toth, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Robert and Nora (Gram), siblings Alfred, John, Irving, Dorothy Kleine and Sadie House, as well as brothers-in-law George Smid, Ernest Kleine, Barry Douglas, James and Ted Toth, sister-in-law Phyllis Knoll, father and mother-in-law Andrew and Rosie Toth.
Don was an accountant for 35 years at Inco (Vale) in Port Colborne. During his retirement he enjoyed keeping busy with many home projects with Edythe and cherished the love of his dear family. He was a faithful church member and was actively involved in community work.
