Obituary
SCOTT, Donald Hubert (Oct. 10, 1931 – Nov. 15, 2020) – passed away peacefully at Secord Trails, Ingersoll. Don was born in Toronto to Hugh and Alice Scott (deceased). Don served in the Royal Canadian Air Force, travelling around the world and based out of Trenton, ON. He reached the rank of Sergeant before leaving the forces. Don became an audio-visual technician working first at Loyalist College, Belleville and finishing his career at Brock University in St. Catharines. Don was a much-loved resident of Secord Trails for the last five years, suffering from Alzheimer’s. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Judy Scott, his children Donnie (Lynn), Lea (Bob), Laurie, Jackie, a grandson Scott (Skylar) and a new great grandson Everett. Cremation has taken place. A private time of remembrance will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Ontario Wildlife Foundation would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
