Au centre hospitalier Anna-Laberge, le 26 décembre 2020, à l’âge de 85 ans, est décédé Monsieur André Desjardins de Ste-Catherine, époux de feu Lise Gendreau.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Tania et Marilou (Hugo Pagé), ses petits-enfants Émilie et Sam Veilleux, son frère Marc, sa sœur Rachel, ses nièces Jocelyne, Martine et Julie ainsi que son neveu Roch.
Il a été confié au salon funéraire Poissant et fils.
