The family announces with sorrow her passing in Sudbury, April 1st, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Daughter of the late Mathias and late Mathilda (née Martel) Malette. Cherished wife of the late Constant Henrie. Loving mother of Pauline Henrie, Carol Henrie (Rolly), Moe Henrie and Bobby Henrie (Monique). Predeceased by her son Rick Henrie. Dear sister of Ray (predeceased), Eileen, Laurette Gervais (Gerard) (both predeceased), Gisèle Hudyman (Pete), Marge (Len) and Don (Diane predeceased). Cherished grandmother of Jason, Darryl, Jody, Michael and Jesse, Marie and Stephanie. Loving Great-grandmother to Hannah, Oliver and Gracie. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Denise was a very active person in her days, who played fastball for many years. She also enjoyed the many years of bowling. She retired from the Board of Education after several years of service. Denise loved to cook, spend time in her flower beds as well as the bingo. She especially loved to spend time with her great grand daughter, Hannah. Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
