DAWN COULOMBE TOZER

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dawn Coulombe Tozer at the age of 63 years at her home surrounded by her family on November 7, 2020.
Predeceased by her father Guy Coulombe.
She leaves to mourn: Her mother: May Kerr Coulombe;
her sisters: Helen (Richard), Nancy (Pierre);
her brother: Robert;
nieces and nephews: Gillian, Jared, David, Brian, Maygan, Robin;
great-nieces: Ava, Mya, and Charli May.
She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
A special Thank You to the Palliative Home Care Team Central West LHIN for the excellent services received. A special Thank-You to Dr. Gagnon, Yasim and Harinder.
The Credit Valley Hospital Oncology Cancer Centre, Dr. E. Strevel, nurses, Diane, Cathy and Roy.

The funeral will take place at a later date in 2021.
